Do you offer discounted rates on orders of multiple soundproof privacy booths?

Yes. Discounts are determined based on order quantity and assembly needs. Please contact us to learn more.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Unlike other companies, we stock our most popular booths in North America so we can get them to you faster. This ensures that you generally will receive your booth in as little as two weeks* of ordering. If for any reason we are out of stock of a particular booth, our team will reach out to you with an estimated delivery date prior to finalizing your order.
*Shipping and installation dates vary by order size and booth availability.


How do I assemble the booths?

You don’t. Every soundproof booth is installed on site by our professional white-glove installation team. Learn more about our global installation process and why every booth is professionally installed.

How does white-glove assembly work?

Upon purchase, our sales and logistics teams will work with you to schedule an installation date. Each booth is installed in a few hours (the exact timing will vary by booth size and model) by our professional installers with no mess or disruption.

Can I make a return?

We are only able to accept returns on booths with manufacturing defects. That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If an issue arises with your MOTTO booth, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your booth has not already shipped from our facility. Cancelling orders during transit will result in a shipping and restocking fee.


I'm not sure what size of booth or how many are best for my space?
No problem. Our team can assess your space and recommend the right booth sizes and quantities based on your layout and needs. Get in touch to book a complimentary space assessment.

What kind of electrical requirements are needed for the booth?

All of our soundproof privacy booths are “plug and play,” meaning they only need a standard 110v outlet to provide power. For technical specifications on each booth, please check out our spec sheets or reach out to us for more information.


How soundproof are the booths?

All of our booths provide 30 decibels of ambient noise reduction. That level of sound reduction is enough to create an extremely comfortable atmosphere for focused work and meetings without feeling like you’re in a vacuum. While a small amount of ambient noise outside the booth may still be audible, all conversations within the booth remain 100% private.

Are the booths well ventilated?

Yes, our booths come with industry leading ventilation that automatically replaces 100% of the air every three minutes. This keeps the temperature inside the booths consistent with the temperature outside.


Is furniture included with the booths?

Yes, every booth comes furnished at no extra cost.

Can I move my booth somewhere else?

Yes. The modular design of our booths allows you to move them around the current space, usually with just 2-3 people or our moving kit (our largest models may require additional support). The booths are also yours to keep, which means you can take them with you if you move to a new space.


Why would I choose to buy a soundproof privacy booth over hiring a contractor?
